What is Studio Digital PBL?

Digital PBL or Project Based Learning, is an additional subject that students at The Studio Liverpool take on top of their course subjects. As the name suggests, students under take various projects and get to show off their skills in specific areas. Students also learn new skills, by interacting with each other and helping to achieve working projects. Also as the name suggests, these projects are usually digital and computer based, for example Computer games and applications.

Project Based Learning also give students the opportunity, to present their work to many of the industry partners, within the Baltic Triangle and beyond, in what's know as a Student showcase. Partners have included The Merseyside Cyber Crime unit, known as Titan, We are Nova and Lucid games. Also large companies such as Sony, have come to see previously showcased worked and have employed various students, who have shown off their work effectively.
